How to request a refund
- Email team@ample.press within 14 days of your purchase.
- Include your order number and the email you used at checkout.
- Tell us which book, and — if you're willing — what didn't work for you. It helps us improve.
What happens next
We process refunds to the original payment method, usually within two business days. Depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days to appear. Once a refund is issued, the download links for that order stop working.
