Legal
Privacy policy
Ample Press Inc. (Toronto, Ontario, Canada) collects as little as we need to deliver your books and support you.
Last updated October 13, 2026
What we collect
- Your email address and, if you give it, your name
- Order information: the books you bought, prices, discount codes, order number and download history
- Messages and applications you send us through our forms
- Basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site working and secure
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our servers. Stripe handles payment information under its own privacy policy, and may also calculate and collect applicable sales tax.
How we use your information
- To deliver your books and download links
- To send receipts and replies to your messages
- To provide refunds, updates and customer support
- To prevent fraud and keep the site secure
Advertising measurement (Pinterest)
We use the Pinterest tag to measure page visits, category and book views, email sign-ups, checkout starts and completed purchases (order number and total) that come from our Pinterest ads, and to show our ads to past visitors. The tag shares these events and browser identifiers with Pinterest Europe Ltd. / Pinterest, Inc. We do not send your email address to Pinterest. Visitors in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland are asked first, and the tag stays off unless they accept. Everyone can switch it off at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page; your choice is stored in your browser with the date and the notice you saw.
What we don't do
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We don't send marketing email unless you ask us to.
Keeping and deleting data
We keep order records as long as needed for support, refunds and tax and accounting obligations. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time, subject to what the law requires us to keep.
