Dinner in one step: ingredients in the pot, lid on, pressure does the work. This expanded edition gives you 20 easy dinners built for an electric pressure cooker, opening with how dump-and-go cooking works and pressure cooker basics — settings, release methods and safety, plainly. Recipe chapters cover chicken, beef and pork, vegetarian and bean dishes, soups and stews, and pasta and rice, with freezer prep bags you can assemble ahead and a 5-night meal plan that strings the dinners into a week. Planners and worksheets are included to print for your own kitchen. Ample Press publications are written by experts in their respective fields. Sources and the dates they were checked are listed at the back of the book.
